Which size should I choose?
Choose Size A (Light Pink) if you have a low cervix and light to medium flow, or Size B (Magenta) if you have a high cervix and light to heavy flow.
How long can I wear it?
Ziggy Cup™ 2 offers up to 8 hours of protection. Empty, rinse and reinsert it at least every 8 hours, or sooner on heavier days.
How do I insert it?
Flatten the opening with the tall rim facing away from you and roll the cup upwards. Angle it towards your tailbone and insert it until the removal tab is inside, with the tall rim towards your back. Run a finger around the cup to check it has fully opened.
How do I remove it?
Gently push the cup down, grip the ribbed tab and slowly pull downwards. Once you can feel the base, squeeze it to release the seal.
How do I clean it?
Rinse and clean the cup each time you empty it, and follow the cleaning and sterilising instructions in the included user manual between cycles.
How long does one cup last?
With proper care, one Ziggy Cup™ 2 can be reused for up to two years.
