We engage professional courier company for Door to Door/personalized delivery at your convenience.
 

Express Delivery (Same Day Delivery)
Recommended for maximum flexibility, the delivery party will contact you via SMS or Phone call in advance before arriving at your delivery address. (You can request to not ring your doorbell)

*Delivery fee of $10 will be waived off for purchase of $80 and above.

Monday - Sunday including Public Holidays
* Afternoon Slot: 3pm – 7pm  (Order cut off time @ 2.30pm)
* Night Slot: 8pm – 11pm (Order cut off time @ 7.30pm)

Singpost POPStation
POPStation allows you to collect your parcel 24/7 and at a place convenient and discreet for you, especially when you are purchasing something sensitive for your own pleasure.

- Order will be processed on Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Singpost will collect your parcel from us at 5pm on business days (Exclude Weekends & Holidays)
 - Singpost will notify you your Pin Number via Email or SMS in 2 working days
- Cash payment (COD) is 'Not' applicable for this option
- Delivery fee of $10 is waived off for purchases above $80

- All Smartpac Registered Mail articles will be directed to your Mailbox from Monday to Friday (excluding pubic holidays)
- Delivery in about 3-5 Business Days
