How it Works

2. Choose ‘Instant Delivery’ at Checkout – You'll see the option if you're within our service zone.
3. We Dispatch ASAP – Once your order is confirmed, our courier will deliver straight to your doorstep.

Due to extremely high demand and limited resources for this unique service, all Instant Delivery orders are placed over SMS/WhatsApp/Livechat only subject to availability and location.

Express Delivery (Same Day Delivery)

Recommended for maximum flexibility, the delivery party will contact you via SMS or Phone call in advance before arriving at your delivery address. (You can request to not ring your doorbell)

POPStation allows you to collect your parcel 24/7 and at a place convenient and discreet for you, especially when you are purchasing something sensitive for your own pleasure.

• Order will be processed on Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays
• Singpost will collect your parcel from us at 5pm on business days (Exclude Weekends & Holidays)
• Singpost will notify you your Pin Number via Email or SMS in 2 working days
• Cash payment (COD) is 'Not' applicable for this option

Discreet Packaging

Many may be wondering how Pink Lifestyle ships their parcels daily. Here are some packing samples that show how we keep our packaging 'DISCREET'!

Labelling

Your Name, Address and Telephone number will be labelled on a piece of paper attached to the parcel, this is to avoid mistakes or error made by us or our driver.(Kindly inform us in advance if you do not want these labels)

Postage

We will wrap a layer of bubble wraps to protect the product from damage
** In some cases , if product is small in size we will use a smaller brown packing paper otherwise with gift wrapping paper

Box Packaging

In some cases if all item can't fit into a brown package , we will use box packaging, this includes international shipping as well
 
* if you are intending to travel , please let us know in advance so we can add-on bubble wraps for you
