The exact exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your Credit card or Debit Card, but it should match closely with current exchange rates.

Delivery Time
You will usually receive the parcel at your doorstep within 1-3 Business Days

Once your parcel is picked up , you will receive an email with Tracking No. and Shipper URL link
Alternatively, you may wish to call the customer service hotline of the assigned forwarder to check the status of your parcel once you got your tracking number.
