As we prioritise the the safety of our customer, staff, partners and the community we share, we are implementing several social distancing measures, in-line with the COVID-19 Guidelines :

 

• All Visitors must check in through Safe Entry QR code
• Retail Outlets will turn away visitors who do not wear proper mask or appear to be unwell
• A maximum of 5 Person will be allowed in our store at each time, please kindly wait outside if the store is at maximum capacity
• Tempreture will be taken for all visitors, those with 37.5 degrees and above will be turned away 
• Testers are for viewing only and will not be allowed to try on 
• Regular sanitation of our retail stores, warehouse and workstations
• Sanitisers made available for purchase  

 

Orders & Deliveries

 

 

 Same day delivery still available between 8-11pm delivery daily, if you order before 7pm

 

 

 New Measures for courier delivery
 
1) From now on we need to implement social distancing for our delivery personnel , Riders are asked to drop off your order at a safe distance, step back when you come to retrieve your package.
 
2) Our riders may ask to take photo instead of requesting for signature 

3) For Cash on delivery (COD) payment , please provide exact amount, pre-payment via our online payment gateway are recommended 

4) Payment online is strongly preferred
